Oklahoma is a crazy state. That being said, we do have separate weather policies for wedding and session experiences. We will always do our best to accommodate whatever weather there is that day if necessary.
Amanda Rochelle Photography retains the copyrights to all photographs taken during your photo experiences. You may receive printing rights, which give you the ability to print for personal use, however Amanda Rochelle Photography owns the photographs and may use them for marketing and promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon with the client(s).
Amanda Rochelle Photography allows a 15 minute grace period at the beginning of any scheduled experience for you to arrive. However, any time that is missed due to being late is not added to the end of the experience time and is considered lost time. Failure to arrive within that 15 minute grace period without prior communication will result in a forfeit of monies paid with no refunds available. Wedding and portrait experiences have varying turn around times and turn around times account for any experiences ahead of yours in the queue. Chances are that you may receive your photos earlier than the provided turn around time, however photos are only guaranteed to arrive around the scheduled turn around time. Any delays that result in a later turn around time will be discussed per client as needed. We appreciate your patience as we work on your photos in the order that they were taken and paid for in full.
